Prayer

Have a central place in your house you can write down prayer requests. Everyone should be able to access it. Whatever days you designate as your prayer days, you will pray for the things that have already been written down.

The idea here is that we are praying for each other but also opening our eyes to those around us. Noticing what is going on in others lives and then praying for them.

Scripture Reading

2 times a week read the Bible together. This is not a Bible study, this is not a time that takes preparation. This is literally read a chapter or less together. Then answer 3 questions together. 1.What is this passage about? 2.What does this passage say about God? 3.What does this passage say I should obey?

Faith Conversation

Have this conversation once a week: How do you see God at work in your daily life? The idea here is to open our eyes to see what God is doing in everyday life. This is not what God is doing in our lives in a worhsip service or Bible Study. Rather, how is God at work at school, at work, at the grocery store, etc...
