Everything we do is a journey toward a deeper relationship with Jesus.

how we do it…

Adults

First Baptist has a home for Adults of all ages and stages and from all walks of life. We want you to find a place to grow in your disciple journey to become more like Christ.

Through relationships, Bible study, worship, and much more, First Baptist Church encourages adults to invest, to thrive, and to stay connected to their church family.

Students

FBC Youth is for all youth grades 6-12. Our goal is to create lifelong disciples of Jesus, while providing a safe space to have fun, make and enjoy friendships, and interact with loving adult mentors as we dig into the Bible.

Our Process

Children

We minister to babies-5th graders, equipping them for their lifelong journey with Jesus by meeting them right where they are and by guiding and encouraging them along the way. Relationships are built not only with our children, but also with their families as we partner together to see each child grow in their faith.

Believe

The beginning of growing deeper in a relationship with Jesus is to believe. More than a book of rules, the Bible contains the truth we are to believe. It teaches us what to believe about God, about ourselves, and about Jesus, who is our Lord, Savior and King.

Connect

Connect

Once we believe that Jesus is your Lord and Savior, the Bible calls us to connect in deep, spiritual friendship with other believers. This friendship is lived out in the context of a local church where strive together to lift one another up and to be a light to our local community.

Grow

Now that we are connected to other believers, we are also called to grow in our knowledge and understanding of the gospel. The Bible’s wish for all believers is that they would mature in Christ. As we grow in Christian maturity, we begin to exhibit the life that Christ gives us in faith.

Serve

The final mark of a believer is a heart of service. The more we grow in Christian maturity, the more we give ourselves away in service to others. Jesus, as our primary example, tells us that He, Himself, did not come to be served but to serve others.
